I am having internet issues. This is my third time posting this so please forgive me if the others did post. I just learned the hard way about meeting a play thru. I received a 150.00 chip from Grande Vegas. It had a 9000.00 play thru and a max cash of 250.00. Well when I got up to over 5000.00 (yes FIVE THOUSAND), I started to play 25.00 a spin to meet the play thru.
Just got the rejection email for not meeting the 10.00 per spin rule.
What a big fat disappointment!!!!!!!

RGALP, That sucks! I am so sorry. I try to add the max bet on the terms and conditions, but sometimes I forget. Also, I thought the max bet was $6.25 a spin at Grande Vegas.

Wow, I can't believe I never knew that! I've done that, too....bet big to meet playthrough. Sorry that happened RGALP, but appreciate you posting for others that didn't know about that rule.

Wow so glad I read this , been gambling online since 2000 never had this happen to me but it could have and I would have been pissed for sure

O gosh soo sorry RGALP! When I was trying to meet playthrough I actually asked what the max bet was to play it safe, could have sworn it was 6.25 also but that was a few years ago so don't remember if it was grande Vegas or intertops cause I played at both!! Thanks for posting for most of us that wouldn't have a clue!!

They quoted me as it being 10.00 max bet. But either way I will be more careful and mindful of it. Not only was I up way over 5000.00 but I hit a mini jackpot too!!!!!!

Sorry for your loss.. I have made the wagering of few times of amounts of 9 to 12000...I always try to play the games with no random jackpot/progressives and the lowest variance type games..like bonus bingo if they allow it...some casinos block it because its a good game for wagering

I would try shaming them..depending on how much you like them tell them you will be leaving bad reviews...the internet can NB be helpful...
They put all this in the fine print. If I get a bonus before I. Start I put my bifocals on and get my 10 * magnifying glass for that fine print. You can't trust what anybody puts down in that
