When I sent them an email asking..this is the response I got and I do not understand it....

"We have received your message and we want to inform you that your certificate corresponds to our fidelity points promotion and that it has been credited on your account on 2006-07-11"

jwilkins, The email you got was a code just for you as their appreciation, you can use it now, but it is no good once you use it so go and have a great time!!!!

I tried to use it and it said it was no good even though when I put it in the second slot it said it was good. That is why I emailed the casino. In the second post I made, the response they sent me said it had been credited but there is 0 balance in my account. So...they have this old lady totally confused and it is sad for them to do this as I suffer from Chronic Brain Farts already. Anyway...I will try to ask through live chat when I get through to them.

I really should be packing anyway...moving to FL in two weeks but when I look around at all I have to do, I just get overwhelmed and sit back down at the puter.
