virtual casino/ rude service VIRTUAL STINKS

many of us have tried out casino after casino, looking for one that you think deserves your money (lol)
anyway, i downloaded virtual casino today, forgetting that i had downloaded it before quite a while back.
i had asked live support if there were any free chips today and he responded

" no "

"no i can't"

"you have previously opened an account before and you redeemed a free chip"

I said ' ok i'm sorry i didn't realise"

He replied " all you do is claim free codes it's about time you deposited"

then he went on

okay so i did redeem a free code but did i deserve to be treated like that?

OOh he made me so angry. Well any way i am a depositor of a few casino's
but they can shove their casino.

Has anybody else had rude people from a casino's live support?

Oh yes, I have. A while back I saw a few places saying that Virtual had a free $50 (NEW 50 or 59NEW) something like that so I DL'd the casino and tried to redeem but it told me it was expired so I went to live chat and asked about it and if there were any other offers. I got a "firm" no and was told to quit asking for free money. I was so pissed, I felt like scum after talking to this a#%hole. I contacted the promotions department and they told me there was never any free chip, which was bull because many had said they redeemed it.
I wouldn't give these people 5 cents of my money. Can you imagine how hard it would be to withdraw from this sleeze casino? Chin up, and find another place. Like today, I had dl'd Twin Aces previously and was checking for comp points when live chat came on, making a long story short, he gave me $10, which I thought was cool. I've gotten lucky at more than one casino (mostly Playtech) asking for a free chip here and there. I sure do deposit enough. Keep smiling.

I had a few conversation about my Casino Rewards account! I had downloaded and play a few years ago! so I had exsisting accounts but didn't realize it until just recently! I had opened new accounts about 6 months ago well when I had tried to log into my rewards account it didn't have the casino IDs so I contacted support and told them that I had recently signed up for the casino rewards group casinos not realizing that I still had accounts from 2 years ago......I had claimed some of the promotions and deposited about 6000 dollars of my own cash over six months. I never Cashed Out which inturn should have told me a little something. But when I brought it to their attention They took away any and all points that were made during the last six months of play and put my rewards account in the negative. I thought How rediculous is that I give you 6000 dollars and you take away my $20.00 in bonus points plus any that might of kept me depositing in their casino. Not any more! I have since written letter to the pitboss the accounts managers with no response I can imagine what would of happened if I would have tried to cash out!......gamblers beware! the rewards are not really worth it!

I emailed support asking if they really think i am going to deposit , so they can use it to pay for their rude staff.
I think i'm just having a bad day all round.
I started playing at poker 770 today. i had to turn off the chat windows because of one particular offensive person.
The things he wrote in the chat screen to me were insulting and revolting. I think maybe i should just turn off this computer and try again tomorrow!!! lol

I have NO use for Virtual Danny! He claims to be turning the reputaion of this casino around but, he is just as much of a schister(sp?) aka - crook as anyone who has been there in the past!

About a week ago, he was offering any member who had deposited in the past, who had not deposited and played within the last 30 days, a free $50 chip.

Now mind you and I am NOT proud of the fact but, was new to online gambling 3 years ago. Virtual was the VERY first casino I ever deposited in! I deposited thousands and never cashed out!

I "thought" this was a very generous offer from Danny. So, I did what I was suppose to do and emailed him, stating that I hadn't deposited within the past 30 days.

Well......DANNY BOY had the friggin NERVE to come back and tell me that I have NEVER deposited in Virtual! That is soooo totally far from the truth! I would like to know where the records of my deposit went! I have contacted my credit card companies and asked for my records from when I first deposited in 2003! They did confirm verbally that I had infact made quite a bit of purchases. I am awaiting copies of my records.

It doesn't really matter as I would NEVER deposit in Virtual, again. I just want to PROVE that I did indeed deposit there!
