I've read plenty of complaints about live chat support lately, so I thought I'd report on a good experience I had at Red Stag Casino.
I went to live chat this morning to ask what games could be played with a $50 bonus I won in a tournament. I knew the answer, but wanted to gauge the level of support at Red Stag. Leo answered immediately and was very friendly. He asked how I was doing and let me know that most games could be played with the money, and that different games counted in various percentages for the playthrough. I am happy to say that I was impressed with Red Stag Casino support and Leo was great!
I don't deposit very often at Red Stag Casino, but I do play their freerolls every day and their monthly buy in tournaments. I have cashed out a few times from tournament wins and was paid in a timely manner.

Great to hear.... I think I had trouble downloading or something and then never tried again. I'm all about the customer service. I dread having to go to chat. It takes forever, they put me on hold, keep sending pre-programmed messages, then in the end don't solve my problem.
thanks for the info!!!!

RGALP, I don't think the WGS slots compare to RTG, but I there are a few I like to play such as Dr. Love and Bangkok Nights. I do enjoy the tournaments at Red Stag and Miami Club because they both have $5000-$6000 monthly tournaments for $5-$6. It's really like free money because all you have to do is buy in and play a few spins and not lose all your money and you will win.
WGS tourneys are not played by time, so it's different. I usually win by leaving a certain balance that is high enough to make it into a money spot as opposed to playing and playing until you run out of time. I have won $25-$100 in the last 6 months in the Miami Club and Red Stag monthly 5k and 6k just by buying in a playing a few spins, then leaving my balance. I probably shouldn't tell everyone this!

The Miami Club monthly tournament is better than Red Stag though because the MC monthly pays "cash" and the Red Stag monthly pays "bonus". That said, Red Stag also has a $1500 weekly freeroll and I have won various amounts many times in that.

Cat50, That sucks. And not very smart on the casino's part. I play the freerolls daily, but I also play the monthly 6k for $5.99. I use the previous month's win to enter the next month so it's basically free. If they cut off my freerolls, you will all hear about it!
