Problems with RTG Software

Anyone having issues with the RTG's? My Uptown Aces and Grande Vegas won't open when I click on the link. I have to play on instant play. Also can anyone download Fair Go? I haven't been able to at all. I always play via instant play.

RGALP, Sorry for the trouble! As far as I know, Fair Go Casino is only available in instant play. I had trouble with Jackpot Capital last week, so I had to uninstall the software and then re-install. When I log in at SlotoCash it seems to take a while to load, but that has been going on for a while. I just logged in at Sloto and it worked. Sometimes if the casino won't open I close out and try a second or third time and and works.

I'm getting the same error message at Uptown that I got at Jackpot Capital last week "casino still active. Uninstall not successful" blah blah . I suggest you un-install the program and re-install it. That should work.

Actually, I did the "repair program" option for Uptown Aces and now I can log in. The repair program option is usually listed in the area where you remove programs.

I've noticed when playing instant and mobile at all RTG that when I'm winning the game will not reload. Get an error screen on that game. When I try to open a different genre it'll work just fine.. Something fishy. Haven't won in awhile due to that issue.

Nalababe, It's great to see you! But That sounds pretty weird. So every winning spin the game quits? And the games never quit working on losing spins? If I believed something like that was happening I would stop playing mobile. I think it's more likely a confirmation bias or technical issue.
