I've played at Grande for about four years now. I deposit regularly and quite a bit of funds. I always thought the service there was adequate but not thrilling. As of the past few months ...especially since they changed their chat system...service has become pathetic. It's bad enough when I've had an appropriate complaint in the past that the only thing I'm ever told is "we're sorry YOU FEEL THAT WAY"...no apologies..I mean nothing. I have won numerous jackpots, played back a lot of money, and deposited more than enough to be a VIP but have only heard from a "VIP host" ONCE in four years. Matter of fact, if my depositing decreases, they call me with threats that they will take my so called "VIP status" away from me. I know I should probably just post a review and move on from this casino, but I would like to know if anyone else that plays there has come upon this. It's very frustrating to be treated poorly at a casino. Usually when service becomes rude and slow it means the casino is about to go belly up...well that's been my experience anyway. So any input would be appreciated.

sammy, Hi there. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I will certainly forward your comments to the affiliate managers and tell them they need to do a better job. There have been issues with the new live chat system at many of the RTG casinos. I have been told by Slotocash that they are having technical problems with the new system, so I hope that will improve.
I play at Grande Vegas myself and have always been pretty lucky there and cashed out quite a few times. Grande Vegas is one of my favorite casinos because I have won the most money there and they have always paid me in a timely fashion. That said, if I was unhappy with a casino I would stop playing there. What good is VIP status if they are not treating you well?

I'm sorry for you Sammy. I was actually considering posting about service at Uptown Aces. Lately they are my main casino. I went to claim my usual VIP 25 this week and couldn't. I received the email for it, deposited in the time frame....then I was told I didn't qualify for it?????? Also there is a coupon that can be used once a month for all games. They won't let me use it anymore saying there is a limit of 12 times in 12 months and I have reached that. Just seems the more I deposit the less benefits I'm getting. So, long story short, I feel your pain!!!!!!

That is the way things go at most casinos. Some of them treat older players like crap, deposits or not.

I appreciate all the input. TDTAT..no assistance necessary....although I really appreciate your offer. I forwarded a copy of my post to customer support. Lets see if that does anything. I usually wont complain about a casino unless I can't get a withdraw, however, the service pathetic lately. Withdraws always were timely at Grande Vegas and luck was good. The only issue I ever had was that you can't deposit when you have a pending withdrawal. That means waiting 2-3 business days in order to play again. I thought this recent change may have something to do with the new chat system and from your information that is probably the case. I don't think they'll ever change how they treat a good customer though. It hasn't changed in four years while depositing thousands a month, so why would it improve now. I will just spend my money elsewhere. I always come to NOLUCKNEEDED to obtain information. It's a great source!!! Thanks!!

sammy, Maybe they will start being nice when you quit playing!
I did send them an email complaining about live chat and their crappy VIP retention team.

It seems like I get more offers from places I rarely deposit at. Poor Intertops never gets my money due to a glitch and yet they are always sending me snail mail with a 25.00 chip!!!!
