Grande Vegas Deposit Problems

I've been depositing more at Grande Vegas lately. Well to my surprise I am now a VIP!!!!!! They sent me a 100.00 free chip!!!!! So to return the favor I went to deposit, lol. I tried several times yesterday and even chat tried to put it through to no avail. I thought it was my card (Netspend), but I tried at another RTG and a Rival and it worked.

Anyone else having issues?????

RGALP, Congrats Ms VIP! That has happened to me before at multiple casinos... a card works one day and not the next day. It's probably their processor. All the casinos change processors frequently. Your card will probably work again soon. Maybe later today or maybe in a few days. I will also email them and let them know.

RGALP, Did you try your card recently? The casino said it should be working now.

I got a deposit in during the week last week then it didn't work the weekend again. I will try again this weekend. It was like talking to a wall. They kept telling me to wait an our then try or try another card. I tried Rivals and RTG's just after and it worked everywhere so it was them specifically.

FYI just tried and once again didn't work...

Thanks you dear It's discouraging because I transfer 45.00 because of their deposit limit and I'm missing out on a lot of bonuses. Also since they made me a VIP I've had these issues depositing....

Actually worked today. It seems once I week it lets me deposit....

RGALP, I told the managers about the ongoing problems, so hopefully they can get everything sorted.

Tried again during the day yesterday and nothing. Tried last night it worked!!!!!!!! Thanks for your help!!!!!

RGALP, I don't think I'm helping much... It's probably just the processors. I hope it keeps working.
