More and more I will be moving over to RTG's exclusively. The Rivals have changed quite a bit, especially with their customer service. And this year no Christmas bonus. Yes they had some "Advent" bonuses through the month but I have "always" gotten a Christmas Day bonus from them (that I remember). Nothing this year. And I am a frequent depositor.
Oh well, their loss.....
