On Jan 13th, my birthday, received a $100 bonus; hit a royal flush, bonus has a $6000 playthrough, for the past week have been playing $25 a hand for hours at a time, after all this time, playthrough is still over $5800, absolutely no way to win. I think that casino SUCKS!!!

Second, I am sorry you are having trouble and that you couldn't cash out on the free chip. As far as losing at Intertops... I have cashed out on Intertops free chips before, but usually I lose on them. It is easier to lose than win most of the time, regardless of where you play.
By the way... Please make sure to check the full bonus terms on free chips. Most RTG casinos DO NOT allow bets over $6.25 on a free chip, that would void any free chips wins. I can't remember off hand if Intertops has that rule, but maybe they do. Also, most of the RTG casinos do not allow video poker on free chips, and if they do then the % of playthrough is only 10% of what slots would be. Again, I can't remember offhand if Intertops has those rules, but I just wanted to warn you, just in case.

the rules on online casino`s are so far against you don`t expect to win but 1 out of a 100 , and when you do win it will not come close to what you put in, just think of it as entertainment , for me I go to the local casino much better odds , still play online once in awhile , good luck to those that like to always like to give it a shot more then they should.

maybe you are right , but I played also local casino ( we have two near my town ) I won here to but it is not same thing
I love to be at home and play and stop when I want , leave my machine and go out to shopping etc and come back and know my slot is waiting to me
