Withdrawal

Hi TDAT, it's been awhile since I have posted or visited this site. I stopped gambling fo awhile, had some health issues. About 6-7 weeks ago I deposited at Winbig21 and Casino Royal Club. Won at both. $612 at Winbig21 and $744 at Casino Royal Club. Sent in docs and haven't heard a word. They don't respond to emails and when I go to live chat, they ignore me until I go away. Was wondering if you could do anything for me. User name at both Casinos is sanaj49. This would really help with some of my medical bills. Thanks so much!

sanaj49, Hi there. Sorry to hear about that. Both of those casinos pay very slowly and many members have complained about them. We changed their status to not recommended some time ago. I will send them an email, but winbig ignores my emails also. In the mean time please keep trying to contact them. Hopefully they will pay.

I cashed out before there and I was paid in time , but I had always to ask after it and each time I asked a free chip ( before it worked , not now lol )

at this time I have one pending since march 4 , and it was told me that I get my money this night or tomorrow morning

I had to send again some documents because I havent play here for a while , so they asked utility bill only

I use google chrome and I have no problem to access in my websites , I say all I use generaly , all , but the only one with doesn't worked , is noluckneeded lol :'(

so I tried to come here with internet explorer and I had the same message error , but I excecuted it because I kwon you are not a VIRUS LOL

so now , I wanted to let you know that after waiting 10 business days and after to be very angry with them , I get my money and I closed definitely this rival

that is sure , I am happy in europe we always have Ewallet payment options like Skrill or Neteller

maybe one day they stop also for us , who know !!
