$1400 Payout at Grande Vegas Casino

I received a $1400 payout this morning (or late last night depending on your world view) from a Monday cashout at Grande Vegas!

I've been on a pretty epic losing streak, but I couldn't lose on anything Monday at Grande Vegas... it was one of those rare days when every slot was hitting. I actually got up to abut $1800, but you guys know how it goes.

I hit most of the win on Triple Toucan, Big Shot and Goblin's Treasure. Played so long my finger still hurts. I ended up with almost $15 in comps, so I wagered almost 15,000. That's a lot of spins if you never bet more than 2.50! WOOOHOOO!

Thanks everyone! I deposited $50 at Grande Vegas yesterday, lost and asked for a free chip. They gave me $50 from live chat so I ended up cashing out another $250! WOOHOOO... Then I got greedy and stupid and lost it back today. ops:

Hey you guys... I didn't want to say anything in the original post about this in case someone who works at the casino was reading, but I doubt they will scroll this far, so here goes... I actually won the $1400 from a $40 free chip given by live chat. I don't know if it is a bug or if live chat free codes from Grande Vegas don't have a max cashout, but when you get a live chat freebie there is never a max cashout listed in the cashier.. the homepage rules say 5x the code max payout on free chips, but the live chat codes never reset to 5x the code when you make the wagering requirement... Anyway I played the code, cashed out $600 after I made the playthrough, left $200 and kept playing... then I got up and cashout out another $800 and they paid! This is not the first time this has happened. The same goes for Slotastic and Jackpot Capital. I guess they could refuse to pay the full win anytime, but they never have for me. Some of my biggest wins have come from these live chat free chips... just don't say anything to a casino person about this because I don't want the bug fixed, if it is a bug.

Keep in mind I am always careful to follow the free chip rules of slots only and no bets over $6.50 even after I make the playthrough as I fear that would make the casino review the win in more detail and possibly pay only 5x the free chip value.

you are right Tawnia about this , I already noticied that but , like an idiot ( lol) I cashed out only 5x like usualy !! I also had a $60 playthrough on a deposit + bonus , basically it had to be $1200 :p , i think they are errors and they can do nothing about this I was happy

my best one is that i asked live support to top-up my comps to 1000 which they usually do if they are pretty close to 1000, which gives you then 10 chips (at this casino they are cash not bonus chips) . However, the support guy cranked them up to 1000$ instead of 1000 points, giving me a nice balance. Thinking, what the heck it's free so i play big and got it up to 2000$ within 10 minutes and cashed out ... LOOL

Never happened again though
