Received and email from Grand Macao for $30 free to join. Just wanted to know about this casino. Checked the directory and found nothing but did find a Royal Ace was blacklisted and think this may be a part of that group??? Does anyone know anything?? Would be appreciated : :

Found out it's Topgame software? Checked again here but didn't find anything about it. I just don't know if I'm searching properly or not

Sammy, pretty much all casinos using Topgame software are useless, rogue or corrupt. If you want even more hideous rules on how to play, use bonuses etc and even lower payout limits and longer waiting times for payouts then these are the places you will certainly find it
I tried once a Topgame casino and actually won on their free chip and waited 1 month to be paid 100$ and that to my ewallet, numerous emails, chats with their representatives and "managers" included!!!! The software has actually a online chat on the screen in the casino lobby, so you can contact them instantly at any time. The funny part was that although it displayed different names for the chat host all the time, the support team including the "managers" were just a few people and not once was a "manager" really chatting with me. They just tried to give you an impression that their support team is huge and great etc.
I would play the free chips but never ever deposit at any of those casinos.

im ok but , there is 2 good top games , which was rival before , their name are box24 and spartan casino , they do not pay fastly within 24 hours but they do it within 3 days by ewallet ... ( both are sisters casino )
I won at two others topgame more than $400 ( rome casino ) and $1500 at diceland casino , there is many years ago , I had been paid like you , 3 weeks by ewallet option , so I stopped to play there both are sisters casino too

sammy, Hello, sorry I didn't see this post until today. Grand Macao Casino is part of the Affactive group... that includes your favorite casino Jackpot Grand (hahaha), Begado, Winpalace, Golden Cherry, ect.
Basically this group pays, but slowly (as you know). I wouldn't say they are recommended, but I know you have cashed out some big wins and been paid from Jackpot Grand. I will get them added to the directory so everyone can leave their reviews.
