Sorry to disturb you, however I though I would drop you a quick email to make sure that everything is running correctly with your Casino Software.

Last week our software provider made an upgrade to the download application. This implemented automatically when you open up the casino. However it would appear that for some clients this has resulted in some unforeseen errors happening. This has meant that they are unable to use the software correctly.

These bugs have now been rectified, but in order for them to work you would need to update the software again - unfortunately this is not automatic. So we are aware that some players still have some niggling issues that need to be fixed.

If you are affected by any issues whatsoever please would you be so kind as to email me by reply?

Please be sure to give full details of the error you are having, along with your name and username.

These errors can mostly be fixed very easily by making a small change to your system or simply re-downloading the software afresh.

I GOT A LETTER FROM THEM ALSO THEY NEVER SAID WHAT THE PROBLEMS WERE AND ALSO LET THEM KNOW HOW EACH WHEEL WOULD SPEED UP THEN SLOW DOWN ON OTHERS BUT THEY NEVER MENTION THAT ON THERE REPLY , JUST SAID IT WAS A LOGON ISSUE , SO ANYBODY GOING THERE AND THE WHEELS ARE GOING IN A NON NORMAL WAY KISS YOUR MONEY GOOD-BY BECAUSE THEY WILL SPIN UP NOTHING BUT LOSERS BUT IF THEY ARE SPINNING SMOOTH THEN YOU WILL AT LEAST HAVE SOME PLAYTIME , GIVE SOME FEED BACK IF WHAT I HAVE SAID SEEMS TO BE TRUE WITH YOU.

Thanks for the update! I've noticed the spin speed thing at all the RTG casinos for the last year, but for me it always goes really fast for one or 2 spins then back to normal and 99% of the time it happens during a tournament. I'm always happy when it happens during a free tournament as it gives me more time. Although I don't play at inetbet, so maybe their spins have all been really fast.
