I just registered an account for the first time and when i attempted to log in it locked me out, i called the casino they said theres a problem with a sister site but i have good standing accounts that i have made deposits too at several of their sister sites like USA Casino, Amber Coast, Carnival, i don't understand it, sent an email to the casino so i'll see what they say, just doesn't make sense, anyone else having similer problems like this?

I got support right away. They asked me where I seen the promo. I gave them the site addy and poof, 5 seconds had it in my account. Sorry those that are having livechat probs. They could be swamped with customers. Keep trying and good luck to all !!!!
