Recently was playing at platinum reels lost about 5 deposits, live chat after I played through my money. I did chat for a match bonus on the next one. they gave me the match bonus for the last one after the fact with no deposit.

Id deposit again play through etc.. balance 0 chat would credit me 8.00 pr40200 I was done with my 4 match bonus under pr40200 I had all my info for making a new deposit alreqdy loaded. figured I check for any other bonuses . they credit me fifteen. so im going to play that then deposit. they say nothing as far as terms and conditions. I can play the cash only, I hit 2 5k jackpots. I figure my playthrough had to be reached It said 8900 available for withdrawl. im nuts. I start asking for what I need to cash they ask me how I want to cash copies yada yada
recently had received 2800 tax return. this money is going to change my life.

3 days later they say they gave me a free chip max cash out is 100. im nearly in tears cause I pissed through my money assuming I hit jackpot and not seeing anything to change that opinion. if it is what it is cool. but why not state that on withdrawl or for withdrawl available say 100. im going to be bankrupt and homeless for being stupid I know. thanks for any help john
