I've been going back and forth with this casino regarding a 675.00 win from earlier this month. Asked for a courier check withdrawal (have gotten them before). It sat on the withdrawal page 3 times as long as usual. When I contacted them, they said "don't use courier check, use OK Pay." My bank (in US) will not let me use that. They said use "Pay My Card", I assured them it would not work, they assured me it would, WELL, got a message from them today that Pay My Card blacklisted my type of card (too funny, it's a Visa card that they accept in a matter of seconds whenever I make a deposit -- which is daily). Now get a message to try a different form of payment again...so, back to requesting a Courier Check which is all that is left for me. I won twice this month, however, have only won one other time all year. Courier checks worked just fine in the past.
I know where this is going, it'll sit in my account for days and days until I complain and they tell me the "excuse of the day". I'm really disappointed because I'm a daily player here because I trusted this casino group and have cashed in before. As we all know, cash ins are few and far between, so not only is it exciting to win, but of course, it keeps you returning so that you can try again. If they take your money so easily, why is it such a circus to get your wins. On the FAQs page of the casino, it says your wins are processed the next business day...if only THAT were true. Had to vent. Venting feels good, but getting my check will feel much better.
