i just tryed to redeem it but got a message saying my account has been locked, so i went to live chat and they said they arent accepting new players from the US i told them im not a new player and that ive had the account for some time now and before i got a reply my live chat session ended without notice so im uninstalling and moving on

I just talked to Beverly in live chat. This a player free chip for your birthday only! So if you got the code to work and its not your birthday; you might want to ask first before you play and happen to win and then they tell you cant withdrawal because you werent supposed to get the free chip
