I actually stopped playing at rivals being thier only method to cashout I believe is wire. I don't have a bank acct. to do so. Hopefully someone here can answer this for you.

i dont play rival cause they banned me ha ha.there cashouts are worse and worse ,and getting longer and longer,iff you get payed at all somtimes

I use Netspend Visa (Ace Cash Express) and am in Nevada.
But I have had my card since 2006. A friend in Pennsylvania got one last year and cannot use it anywhere.
1 thing FOR SURE, not GREEN DOT!
