Hi I have filed a complaint with a govt agency to start my crusade against el dorado casino. It is mostly an agency middleman type who sends it to agencies who might get involved ,so its early yet. Since I had deposit direct thru my checking account I issued complaints of unauthorized transactions which they were. Also fraud as they use the internet to basically steal money. I dont expect to get any money back but want a matter of revenge so to speak. Based on the UIGEA act of 2006 which prohibits wire transfers overseas for gambling I also offered these Third party names to Wells Fargo as they were connected with gambling. They were not interested in doing any more than pursue my claim, but since I had used these sites previous there was nothing they could do. The act requires all banks to have reasonable policies to detect third parties involvement in transfers and I offered the names but Wells Fargo was not interested. The reason for the act was to prevent money from being launded and/or being used for terroist acts. It appears Wells Fargo doesnt really care so I will file a complaint on them. I am 73,nothing for me to do but gamble, and follow up complaints. If anyone here would like my email to discuss this or anything actually I would gladly give it or have the moniter give it to anyone. Thanks for reading, boring stuff,I know.

machine1one, Yes El Dorado Casino is a rogue casino so the best thing to do is dispute the charges with your bank. smile
