I have never made a deposit there, but I did get a mail today for a free chip.
Nice, but it's impossible for some reason to download the casino and I don't know if it's my computer or if they have any technical issue.
Tried livechat but for some strange reason they said hi, but never answered my questions.

Drakella, webdeb, weird... I already had it downloaded so did not have a problem playing the free chip. Maybe their server is having trouble. Try later or tomorrow and it should work.

The only bad thing is the maximum cashout on the free chip is $50 and the playthrough is $1000, but it was free so I liked it.

For me it wasn't a free chip. I managed to log in to instant play, and it was a freeplay bonus.
I hate them. I have never played them, and I will never do it.
I also hate that kind of marketing when they don't tell you in the mail that it's a freeplay bonus.
So if anyone else got the mail...don't bother, or do bother but know it's not free

Drakella, I got a $10 free chip, not a freeplay. It is probably a free chip for people who have deposited and the "freeplay" for non-depositors. My email did not say free anything it just said a bonus, so it could have been a deposit bonus as far as the email was concerned, but I was happy to find a free chip.

The reason I mentioned that I had deposited in the first post was so that nobody expected to get a free chip and was then disappointed. Sorry!

You have nothing to be sorry for, since you didn't say anything that would make us nondepositors to believe we were getting a free chip.

I also told that I had never made a deposit there, but did get a mail for a free chip. They made the wrong marketingdecision for the rest of us...not you

Since you promote them they maybe are reading this thread. That would maybe prevent them from doing the same thing again, I hope.

i got the promo too multi stage is bad lol i dont take it but their mail is not cool , it let 's think it is a no deposit , but when we go to cashier it is a multistage bonus

I got the same email today, so I just replied to it in a not so nice way.
One more and I will close the account before I even have started playing there.
I have other options so that's how I deal with it.

The casino is new... I will tell them to be more descriptive in their emails so players know what they are getting without logging in.

I probably should not have made this thread as it seems to have gotten everyone to think the "secret Bonus" was a free chip... sorry!

Drakella, Not at all! This thread is productive because I emailed it to the casino to let them know maybe they can do promotions a better way.

I think it is a good thing to let casinos know what we like and do not like because maybe the people they hire to do their promotions are not gamblers and don't understand us.

many people love free play , i dont but they can do this promo for someone

personaly i appreciate their big deposit bonuses , WR are correct + bonuses are cashable so , what else ? there s a max cashout 4x the bonus , if i deposit 25 with a 450% , i can cashout 112.5 x 4 = 450 +25 ( deposit) WR are 40x

but they have a lot of bonuses , the 125% dont have max cashout and bonus cashable too

i really appreciate them and i think i play now only this rival ( until they make me nervous lol )
