Intertops Casino Question

Don't know what happened but, this morning Intertops Casino icon was not on my desktop, tried opening it thru the Start button, searched and couldn't find it. Tried to download it again and the download doesn't go thru. May be the solar flare disrupting the internet. Not sure.
