I have had a similar problem. I think it is related to the software. Anytime I tried to install the Viper software it would let me register but when it updated it would automatically shut down.
After many attempts to clean my hard drive, I gave up and reinstalled Windows. The problem was fixed. I hope this helps you out.
Good Luck

Thanks for the help,
I know one thing that worked and thats their discs they offer for free of the casinos, of course im sure that would take quite a while to accumulate all the microgaming casinos on disc, LOL.

This problem happens usually when your memory is too low to run this program. Remember if you have many open programs, your memory usage goes up. Try closing all not in use programs. Microgaming software uses over 120 MB of ram to run. Because you are playing (using a software program) your computer will not prompt you that you need to allocate more memory to the program.
It is microgamings policy to track your IP address, and if you are getting booted off during the set up possess or download, you have been “black balled“ by your casino.
Once your IP, or your personal data is recognized in there data base, it is instructed to give you the boot. The only time the software will prompt you that you are not allowed to sign in is when you have tried 3 times to enter, and your password or player ID is wrong.
When Replunge reformatted, an reinstalled Windows then most likely there Internet Provider automatically gave them a new IP address when they reinstalled there IP software, therefore not recognized by the casino they where trying to play at.
If this is happening while playing, and you have made a deposit, then contact the CASINO directly though there web site, or on the phone, and tell them to send you a cd of there gaming software. Reinstall it from the disk, most likely some of the components are not getting installed, or downloaded when you download from there web site.
