Box 24 question

has anyone else played at box 24 since they switched over to topgame software?......I 've deposited there alot throughout the month of september and when i inquired about the redbox vip cashback they stated they don't do it anymore......it is stated in their promo section under the VIP tab......i've spoken to live chat several times and all of my concerns have been forwarded to management and that was the beginning of last week.....I have also sent 3 emails to management myself and have heard nothing......very sad to see a casino that was once one of the best have issues like this just because of a software change......what a shame .....TDTAT if you have any connects to this casino could you help me out please... my username is xenabruno

I have found that Spartan Slots has changed since moving to Topgame software, not as much fun and forget about freebies, used to get them when they used Rival software.
