Anyone else having trouble with Box 24?

I was just curious as to what might be going on with Box 24 lately. I have now sent them 4 emails inquiring if the monthly cashbacks had been issued yet and still heard nothing back. I am a very frequent depositor there and have never had problems before (they have always responded quickly), so I am just curious if anyone else has had any issues. Black Diamond has been very good lately as far as rewarding after a deposit, etc., and I have received the cashback from them already. I hate to complain but as much money as I deposit there, I feel like they could at least respond to an email. Thanks for any helpful input!

tdkbeg, I had email problems with them last week. All of my emails were bouncing back. I think they have a form on their website to send a message, try that.

I read somewhere that the group will switch software to Topgaming. I believe it's already next week, so maybe that is the reason.

Drakella, Yes they are. Rival is not allowing them to continue taking new US players, so they are going back to topgame. However, the team is the same, so they should be responding to emails.

i understand tawnia but the topgame software is not like rival , if they become topgame , the games will not be the same , correct ?

too bad i was happy they change because im sure now the take french players but if its a topgame , bof !! if you play at their new casino tell me if they pay like other topgames , 21 business days max lol , its the reason i dont play anymore at this place , too long to be paid

So, can we expect the same thing to happen with Slotocash?

mostlysunnee, SlotoCash said they are sticking with rival. Existing USA players will be able to play, but new usa players will not be accepted after next week.

So will Black Diamond and Spartan change too? That stinks. I do not like topgame at all!! Oh well....
