AC Casino does not like to honor their pitch
of being able to withdraw from a no deposit chip
EVEN AFTER COMPLETING THE REQUIRED PLAYTHROUGH
They will never see a dime of my money.
Anyone who reads this post , feel welcome to post any affiliates,
as I will boycott them as well.
Bad business ends up as no business.

Funny there is another casino called Pamper that I think is run by the same company. It has the exact same lame games. I don't like either Pamper or AC but Winward casino was not that rogue...to me it wasn't.

have deposited at Pamper & AC more times then i would like to say! like Pamper-no probs-but AC-omg. i deposited at AC(also rec'd deposit bonus). earnings were at $150-they offered nd bonus $67-so i claimed. They took my deposited winnings of $150 & left $67. at Pamper same circumstances however they ADDED nd bonus to my deposited earnings-assumed AC would do same-NOT! don't remember which casino was at but again same situation-when i tried to redeem nd bonus message came up stating i would lose existing balance if nd bonus redeemed-thank you-of course didn't claim!!
on top of that i emailed AC 4 times with no response & on the 5th email rec'd answer-which didn't even address issue. email stated, "be sure not to have any free chip money in your account when you redeem a deposit bonus. If you have free chip money your balance needs to be $ 1 or below for you to be considered zeroed out."
hello i didn't have free chip money in account-i had deposited $ & was redeeming nd bonus not deposit bonus. they r the most cold uncaring casino ever-they don't care about their depositing members. no complaints with Pamper-thought same owner-assumed would have same policies-at least Pamper does care about members.
