i made playthrough in their birthday bonus..since it was my first time withdrawing, i sent the verification forms and other documents they require as posted in the banking section of their website...however, its been 48 hours and i still haven't heard from them...
does anyone know how long it takes for them to acknowledge that they received your papers? thanks!

sexylexy, Hi! Did you deposit in the last 6 months? The free chip is for depositors. They usally pay quickly, but are not so fast to answer emails. I suggest using the contact form on their homepage and ask if they have everything they need for your withdrawal.

I have delt with them quite a bit, sometimes fast sometimes slow, not sure why but they are a good casino and will pay. Congrats!
