has anyone had problems with this casino? I used the 150% bonus and got my account to over $400 and then they locked me out? I messaged them and they said I needed to go on their online support to verify my identity, but as long as it's locked I can't get on that. I've tried to call and the line is constantly busy. Now they won't even message me back???????? This really sucks. Is there a rep that can be messaged?

personaly they always pay me but they dont answer to our mail , live chat is long to respond or they let us wait more than 20 mn before they answer or thy cut the tchat

i dont know why they lock your account but i suggest to you to log in to supreme play casino or if you dont have an account there , go the home page and try the live chat ant tell them what happen with their sister casino 21 grand

I've tried to go to Supreme but I can't pull up their live chat either. I have no problem in this department with the other rivals so I have no idea what the deal is. Thanks for your info though. Very kind of you

be patient and continue to the live tchat all days im sure you finaly got an answer , but by supreme play if your 21 grand is locked

Just to update... I finally got through to live chat today!! ?? A rep named Mike opened my account immediately and all he would say was "done", which is ok by me as long as it was opened back up. I still had $422 in the account which was a very pleasant surprise. I played it up to $730 and cashed out to quicktender...now lets see if I actually get paid! I'm not keeping my hopes up too high on this one. It doesn't seem like anyone is having a good time with this group. Thanks TDAT.. that blacklist is probably a good idea. You know, it's hard enough to lose your money to just plain old bad luck...but it really sucks to lose it to thieving management !!

Yes, Mike is the only one that even trys to answer me. and you will be paid thru Quick Tender. My withdrawal was Echeck. I never had any issues with them with Quicktender.. Glad you got your money....Now run and never go back LOL

I got my money too!!! I'm soo happy its already in my Echeck,..just came through right now. I get alerts for emails on my phone and i looked and almost fell of the seat! money is in my account.
