Can anyone help? I withdrew via ach to my netspend account from Club World and Alladins over two weeks ago.
Club World group says they have not been returned and netspend says they never came through to them....
I have emailed both casinos to no evail. I have been a faithful player at Club World Group and am very upset that they have not assisted me to locate my money.
Has anyone any answers or helpful advice pleeeease....

CINCIN37, Welcome to the site. You should have been here before you tried to do an ACH to netspend, because they are not allowed.
netspend DOES not accept ACH wires from casinos and has not for a very long time, at least 1 year, maybe longer. You withdrew money to a place that does not take casino wires. Your money is floating around and I am sure netspend will be rejecting it. Club World is a good casino, known for fast payments, but it is not their fault that you withdrew to a place that will or has rejected the ACH.
I am sure it will be retured to the casino eventually, but until the money goes back to them, what can they do?
God only knows where the money is.... but I know that the casino sent it to the routing numbers you gave them. netspend is famous for denying certain things, so I would continue to contact them. Meanwhile, if you mention anything about an "online casino" to netspend, they (netspend) will close your account for breaking their serivce terms.

WOW...Thank you for your fast response. I had the feeling somewhere in the back of my head that netspend did not accept from casinos but for whatever dumb reason I attempted it anyway.

So I assume Club World will track my ach from their processor and help me in this matter?
I agree, I love Club World Group and am faithful and yes I know it was not their fault. It was mine. I have not mentioned to netspend anything about the ach from casino.

CINCIN37, I assume they sent the wire somewhere to a clearing house bank, not sure where. All you can do is email both netspend and/or the casino and wait for the money to get back to the casino from cyberworld.
