I tried using the echeck option with them today and they did not have an option to use your already existing echeckus account it wanted you to open up a new one.
Very strange because most casinos have an option that ask if you already have an echeckus account then the digital wallet pops up and lets you finish without having to open up a whole new echeckus account. I did not understand this, and live help was not helpful. She just kept telling me I had to go through the payment page and open an account with them. I guess if you did not open your echeckus account with them then you cannot use echeckus with them. That's what I got out of it anyway ...I hope I am wrong and just misunderstood.

Maybe you have to give them your account details and they add it for you.

Used it last night worked like a charm, and only a 20.00 limit.....
(That would be echeck)
