Had a lucky run at Box 24 last week and requested al $500 w/d. BUT have heard nothing back at all! Not even an email confirmation of my w/d request, which is very unusual.
Live Help is always closed any more it seems. I left a message on Live Help yesterday and also emailed support this morning but still nothing. My w/d is showing as "processing" in the history section and "reversible withdrawals" is showing in the cashier. Is there a glitch in the system or something?

wichitalaurie, Hi! They are always fast... if this is your first cashout then you need to send cashout documents. Try email and if you don't hear back send me a private message with your casino id.

This was not my first cashout and, once I contacted support by email, they were quick to respond and payout the $. I'm thinking there might have been a glitch in the system where they didn't pick up my w/d request right away or something, but they were very fast once I was communicating with them. Thanks for your help TDTAT!
