Anyone get their cash back from Sloto this month? I usually get it on the first of the month. I thought because of the holiday they may be bheind but I still don't have it.
I also get cash back from Pantasia, and also nothing....

RGALP, I would go to live chat and ask, then maybe if they give it to you, you will get it again when it gets credited to everyone.

Hmm, you're lucky samsarah, I tried inquiring with Nathan (Sloto). He asked if I claimed bonuses on all my deposits during the month (didn't realize that mattered), told him "no" and he advised me to wait 3 days... lol

I got the same response from Nathan. He said because I claimed some deposit bonuses I was not eligible for the cashback. I told him that I got the 5% cashback every month on the 1st for a long time now and asked had the rules changed. He told me that nothing had changed and if I was eligible it would be there today, but I still did not get it, so I guess I'm not eligible this month??? Maybe next month...

tdkbeg, If you had losses over $100 (not deposits) then you should be elgible... look at your history and see.

I too talked to Nathan and asked where my cash back bonus was and he told me that there were issues with it and management was working on it and that he had no idea how long it would take to be resolved, still no cash back as of yet

Yap, they earlier had some issues but its being resolved as we speak!

All the cashback will be credited... just remember you would have lost it by now, so you have something to look forward to
