does anyone have any info on whether or not I can withdraw my winnings from rushmore casino to my wired plastic card via wire transfer just like it is my bank account? I have done this before a long time ago but cant remember the details I asked live chat and they said since I deposited with my credit card that I have to withdraw via wire transfer to my bank and cant wire transfer it to the credit card but I think It should work just like a bank account and I remember doing it before has anyone had any problem making withdraws directly from casino to wired plastic lately if this method does work any idea how long it may take or should I just play it safe and withdraw to my bank account( I am sure that would take longer any help or info or wireded plastic withdraws would be much appriciated smile
thanks
nathan

They are not "under" that I am aware of, they just stopped doing gambling transactions.

Yeah...... nathan1234 - no, withdrawals to Wired Plastic.

In fact, be very careful with these "smile" - holes. (Wired Plastic)

A month or so, ago, they blocked my account - permanently.
I called them and spoke with a very inconsiderate woman that ended the
call by hanging up while I was still speaking. (and, I was being very nice... no lie)
They 'allege' that I have made purchase(s) at online gaming sites.
I deny these allegations, as they are not true. I have made purchases at
an online web wallet, though... for possible shopping needs, etc...
They allege that the online web wallet purchases that I have made, are
coded as a "gaming website"
Actually, as I nicely explained to the lady who ended the call so
abruptly, "I do not understand why would you guys approve a transaction
on my account, that was considered to be illegal and coded as a gaming site?"

smile I think that I read somewhere, that there is some sorta' law
that says that a financial institution must block this sort of transaction and
do not understand why they would go against such a law and be, "non-compliant"?

I really do not care that they blocked or locked my acct.
I do care that, there are still funds on the acct., an they have given me
the run around when I have asked how they are going to return the money.
The funds in this acct. were deposited through 'direct deposit' and are mine.

I spoke with someone about 3 wks. ago, and was told that their "Fraud"
Dept.was investigating my acct. and that someone would return my call,
shortly. I asked how long, "shortly" would be, because some of us do
have to go to work... and, that 'somebody' would be me, in the next few
hours, and for 12 hours after that... she said, "oh, it could be 'up to' 48 hours.
I never got a call back from anyone.

Strangest damn thing, is that, now if you call their 24/7 customer support,
you can not speak with a 'live agent' without having entered your valid acct. #.
When I enter my acct. #, it tells me - "Thank you, for calling" and hangs up.

I think I may file a complaint with the BBB.
