I downloaded and registered yesterday and still have not received $11 emailed them twice and they have sent me the standard email(12 hrs. try these links while you wait they will have answers)three times I've asked if there was a probleme with my acct. that I could possibly help straighten out, no response what else should I do anyone got any suggestions?
