Supreme Play is saying that my email addy is incorrect and that they sent my faxback form 3 times. Well its funny that I get emails from them and not my form so I can send in my docs. So I gave them my daughters email and we still have not received it. What is going on and how can I fix it? Any answers out there?

sanaj49, This happens to me at slotocash all the time. The email service providers block some casino emails. What I would do is ask them for the address the form is coming from, then add it to your safe list, then ask them to send it again, maybe while you are in live chat. Maybe that will work... even tough I have the sloto emails marked as safe, so of their emails like the sucessful deposit emails still get blocked. It is very annoying.

You could also ask if they have a link to the form online.

TDTAT They could not help me. Its funny I just got an email from them yesterday about Jackpot Factory. I don't know what to do!

The other thing you could do is make a gmail email address... that seems to be the only provider that does not block emails from the casinos. smile

I made a gmail account and live support said they sent a form, but still didn't get anything. I called my son and he'll come after work to see what he can do. Thanks for your help TDTAT.
