Sloto VIP Platinum Member..

I received an email from Sloto congratulating me for becoming a Platinum Member. Funny, because I haven't been playing there lately.

I use to pretty much only deposit there. Now that Pantasia has the Echeck option, I hve been playing there instead. Rachel is always so very generous to me. It seems like I am always finding free money in my account. And, I get 20% cash back monthly, compared to Sloto's 5%.

Maybe things are looking up though because now I am entitled to 10% cash back and faster payouts. LOL, even though I never cash out!!!!!

Yeap, I think sloto is on the down slide, I used to deposit alot of money there but I kinda gave up.

My personal opinion, is that: you are better off to be a "Platinum Member" at SLOTO'.

Rachel is nice.
I felt as though she was really taking care of me, until I started cashing out with or without any bonuses... then it was all over. No more nice!

I had to come back here before I went to sleep, to say something else about SLOTO'.

A couple of Months ago, I complained about a problem I had.
I honestly don't even remember what it was that I had complained about!
I think there was a mistake with my acct. for some VIP bonuses or
something like that.
What I do remember, is that Georgina (the Mgr.), sent me an email apologizing.
Along with that, she committed to monitor my acct., personally. AND... gave me a $50 bonus.
I was good with that.
BUT, the next day....
I was leaving to go to work, and there was a Fed Ex box at my front door.
It was a box of 'Fresh' Flowers.
I did not know who sent them until I opened the box, and inside was an 'appreciation' type of card that was signed by Georgina (Casino Mgr.) and Dawn (VIP Mgr.).
I was not expecting that, at all!

Yes, I spend lots of money at SLOTO'; literally thousands each year.
But, I had done the same with some other online casinos and never have I experienced true appreciation of Loyalty.
Others will send me a free chip with a max cashout term....

SLOTO' took the time to sign a card and spent the money to buy flowers!
(And, the $50 bonus... and, we all know that it was no max-cashout)
Very impressive!
That is what I call 'Platinum' VIP Player treatment!

A free chip for most of the casinos, is exactly that - a 'free' chip.
And, usually with a max cashout term.
It doesn't cost them anything and requires no thought or effort.
