I thought Rush card don't accept gambling transaction, thats what I read on the T&C. Thats why I throw mine away.

How many times did you signed up or recieved the bonus, isn't it for new sign up only? Anyway I tried to sign up again but it won't let me they already got my SSN. Also it says you cannot use the same code for promotional and referral it will be invalid.
