Vegas sky cashout

hi, does anybody has experiences from cashing out at vegas sky?
I made a cashout 31th of august and my documents were approved last thursday, but still no money nor answer to my mail.

yes i did , token 5 days after sent all my documents , dont appreciate this rival for that , they never paid me quickly , always about 5 business days , perhaps someone got better than me but .. dont know

The Rivals has really got bad, dont play a lot there anymore. Play a lot at the playtechs, and they pay fast.

I'm having the same trouble with Pantasia. I cashed out on Aug 31 and still nothing. Now they are telling me 14 days processing time?!? I won't deposit there again.

14 days?? wow! that is not good.
I dont understand why they are doing this, arent they interested in getting satisfied costumers anymore?
I have written e-mails to support to both Irish luck and sloto regarding a question I have. Sent the same mail 5 days in a row and havent got an answer yet...Im lost for words..

they said , when we cashed out on the casino , withdrahal takes 2-5 business days , you are on your right to ask them free ship , because you are frustated to dont be paid , i do that on many live chat when they pay with some late and they give me free monney .. but , it s not correct they dont take their engagements for payouts

only a few rival paid on one day or two all others pay like they want

i never wait 14 days to be paid because i promise i do a ramdam all the day and night to live chat lol , i dont let us in peace until i see my money :p

I played a lot in Vegas Sky last year and never had any problems cashing out, always get paid within 2-3 days. Then I got bonusbanned and stopped depositing of course. They gave the bonuses back but I don't trust them anymore. I have heard a lot bad things about Rivals lately and the only three I trust is Sloto, Box 24 and Black Diamond. Why? They have their own processors and don't have to rely on Rival themselves to pay the players. And they are fast.

i cashed out on sunday 5 and monday 6 on supreme play and 21 grand , monday was labor day , i just been paid by these rival , so take two business days , it is cool

always get paid within 2-3 days

then after that you should get worried

Finally I did get my money. But still its way to long time to wait..
