Nerak1, What is the problem? You asked to close your account then ask for promotions then changed your mind about closing your account? How did he act rudely? What did he say that was rude? smile

No I didnt ask him to close my account he is who put note on account. I told him I would take care of my account. may be you didnt read it as I did. Itold him to leave my account alone and I would take care of it. He keep saying he put not e he did this he did that etc.

yeah that happend with me too...and yes itn was Nathan that i spoke to.....go playb at black diamond or 24 thier support doesnt seem to play dumb as much...

I will say I do dread when I see Nathan's name pop up on live chat, he does seem a bit of a "dumb bunny" at times......

seems to me that you have missed half the chat off as i have never known sloto cash to have gaps inbetween chat fazes!!!!

i am a regular user of sloto cash and use live chat all the time, i find nathan to be very helpful and always gives me the help i need, after reading the part of the chat you have posted you said you would not play there no more so the boy was correct to ask you if you wanted your account closing i would of done the same thing, its players like you that give the rest of us a bad name, your always trying to claim free chips when your not entitled to them and when they say no you go off on one at them. the lad is only doing his job.

I totaly agree with all the complaints with sloto cash........ You might be a new kid on the block, and have not deposited thousands of dollars like most of us have. So put your money where your mouth is. Nathan is doing his job, I agree, but sloto cash is diffently lacking with bonuses, and I THINK YOUR LAST POST IS RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are new here and inexperinced, and need to learn a few things. Hope this is not offensive, but I think I speak for all of us.

That was a bad joke, and to be honest I find Nathan to be really nice and helpful so there is always two sides of it.
Slotocash must have really bad finances now, but they should know that if they give us something they will get it back. The only thing good about them now is that they still pay fast, and nothing else. Everything else that was good about them is gone. Slototickets and monthly bonuses.
I was so angry on my birthday in august that I threatened to close my account because no birthdaychip. That would have been my first free chip in a year from them. Well Nathan gave me one so my account is still open, but if they don't change it will not be for long.
They need us, we don't need them.

i maybe new to this site and yes it probably is not the best way to make my first post but everybody is entitled to an opinion! and i would not say it was a rude comment as stated by gonecamping2 but i apologize if it seemed that way.

the chat that was posted looks like it has been cut to make nathan look bad i mean where is the rest of the chat there is no start to it for 1 thing and like i said previously since when have slotocash started to have paragraphs inbetween what they say?! yes he is doing his job and like drakella said they also finds him nice and helpful like myself, yes i might not of deposited thousands but im still a player none the less we have all won and lost, but if we are not entitled to something should'nt that be the end of the matter? i also do not think it is fair to blame all the problems on their support they are only doing what they are told to do! anyway thanks for reading!!!

Let's all just get along. Anyone can share their opinions here. This is a bonus forum, so of course everyone is looking for free chips or bonus promotions. It never hurts to ask a casino for bonuses and I know Nerak1 has been a loyal slotocash depositor for many years.

As far as SlotoCash goes, I let Justine know that there were some complaints and I am sure she will be looking into it. SlotoCash has been good to many of us, so I hope they will fix some of the issues.

If anyone feels live chat is rude, or a casino is not treating then right, they should complain to a manager and/or simply play somewhere else. smile

It is good to remember that most of the live chat reps do not have english as their first language. smile

TDTAT, good point about the language issue.

The other night, I went to live chat to ask for a small bonus and Nathan popped up. I was worried because of what I had just read here. But Nathan issued a small bonus as I requested. I have to say I find most of the people I deal with in chat to be fine. I start out by saying "hi, how are you today". I started to do that because that is how Club World chat starts out. They have some of the best rep's on line. When I ask for a bonus I do it very politely and they are generally very good to me.

But on the other side of the issue, I am a big depositor. But, I think that alot of it is how you speak to people.

And lastly, Yes Sloto has tighten up, but I'm guessing they have paid out alot and now need to recoupe. Not that I'm happy about it. I will take this chance to put a plug in for Pantasia. Rachel is soooo generous to me. Even more than I could ever expect.

Sorry for rambling, but I hope this helps to put things into perspective smile

Today I got 5.00 from Sloto, I was surprised. I haven't deposited there in awhile. I try to play ALL THE RIVALS throughout the year. I love the
Rival games. I think the Rivals are the most honest casinos we've seen in
online gaming for along time. I'm sorry you and Nathan had a misunderstanding maybe you can work it out. If not there are lots of
