when i 1st started playing bingo in may this yr i didnt understand that u couldnt register more than 1 site within sum networks so i went crazy sighning up everywhere coz i tot u just couldnt reg at same site twice.

anyways... started off playin @ bingocard & bingocharm & & loved it so they were the 1st 2 sites i deposited.

i had multiple accounts within their network & only realised i couldnt afta i tried 2 redeem a code from live support.

the support staff only told me that i the same (BB$50) could only be redeemed @ 1 site on the network but i was welcome to play @ otha sites coz i mentioned my otha accounts.

soon afta i decided to read the terms & conditions & from there emailed them abt multiple acc.

i was told to contact live support 2 resolve the problem which i did. lucky for me i got email of transcript coz sumtime afta that tried to log in only to find my acc was disabled & asaked to email support.

i have emailed them & contacted live support all up ova 18 times since may 6 but nothing has been resolved.

no one has bothered to replay to any of my emails.

i spoke to the same person who disabled my otha acounts 4 me twice since then askin him to help me fix problem.

he tried enabling acc 4 me but couldnt so he passed me lavernes email 2 write 2 her & told me me to contact live during her shift coz she was the only person who could undo wot she had dun. both of which i did.

when i went to live the next day during her shift i was told that she had jus left & she still hasnt replied 2 me yet.

spoke to same person @live abt her not replyin 2 me & hes excuse was shes very busy.... i sent her several emails since june!!

i dposited a few hundred $$ here & i like the gaming software so wd like to keep my account with them.

its so easy for them 2 take $$ off u but like a mission 2 mars 4 them 2 reply back.

every otha site i have emailed to i always get a reply bak within a day or two max. im still waitin since may for a personal reply from their site manager.

i dun no wot else i can do smile

tweeksta, Hi! Sorry we do not work with them, so can not help. I would forget about them and play somewhere else.
