I want to say I did copy and paste kaymast24's ? and the response in chat after being ignored for 45 minutes. I had asked for a free chip at casino titan.
This is my second chat with them....and I must say it was 20 + minutes before i got a response. I would not be so upset, but I won, and tried to cash out. You cannot even cash out until you are verified. It says 48 hours, but it was over 5 days for verification. So I knew it was never going to happen.

lmphillips: I have been a depositing player at casino Titan for a while now, and one of the things I always loved about them was their excellent customer service. I also liked the fact that they gave me a cash-back bonus for every deposit I made, plus random bonuses here and there. I even got an email a couple months ago telling me that I would be receiving a cash gift in my account every Tuesday....which I did for a while. Lately, it seems like Casino Titan has changed. Customer service is not as timely or as friendly. My emails are going unanswered, and the live chat representatives are no longer specified by name. For the past three weeks, I have not received my cash bonus, even though I have continued to deposit. The first time this happened, a manager emailed me back and then credited my account. The second and third times, no one even got back to me. I have learned not to expect a lot from online casinos, and I'm fine with that. I also know that I am not entitled to free money. But I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed a change in Casino Titan lately? I'm bummed because this was my favorite casino
