I made a withdrawal on July 21st and asked them to Flush my $2000 withdrawal. I also asked if I could send my documents to them. They refused. They wanted me to wait 48 hours before they would do anything and posted two reversal withdraw bonuses in my account. Then on the 23rd I received an email requesting the security documents. This was all ok'd and was told this would be processed shortly. On the 27th I was told that it was my 4th business day and to contact them on the 5th, then I was told on the 5th business day that it was the 3rd and to contact them on the 5th day. Then today I was again greeted with sarcasm and lack of concern whatsoever. Now I received an email stating that my withdrawal will be processed "SOMETIME NEXT WEEK". That's my feedback about this casino.
