You can try inetbet $2.00 minimum. I haven't tried using my netspend to deposit at any online casino because they emailed me telling me that I could no longer use prepaid to deposit at online casino- but I read somewhere that other people are able to still use it to deposit?? Hi, I think inetbet raised their deposit minimum... you may have to use the $15 for shopping because I can not think of any other casino that has a $15 min for credit card deposits from the US.

Probalby a 1.00 fee so you may want to try 14.00 so it isn't rejected
