excuse me, but i have never heard of a stipulation with a rtg casino where you have to call in to get the free no deposit chip!!
...sorry, but there is something funny about this...even though the free $25 is enticing...i am not sure that the number is a toll-free number either...
...i think that i will wait until i hear more people chime in about this..

I downloaded the casino this morning. I had trouble when I tried to log in so contacted support. They were very good at responded and helping me with the problem and stated in the email "to call support to have the bonus applied to your account". When I called for the bonus, I was told that it ended 4/18, even though in today's email they gave me directions on how to claim it!!!

I just phoned support and they told me they do not have a $10 free promotion. I told them 10Free from payfair.com. No such promotion they say! Good Luck to all those who got it!
