Is this site a rip off? Seriously, I've made withdrawals on 6'/18 and 6/19 and neither is in my ewallet yet. Why does money clear in a second when depositing and take forever when withdrawing?

Seriously? I have no news? That's customer service? Nice that they take deposits in seconds but cannot process cashouts for weeks.

No, I asked to, bot via live chat, and email, and they said I dont need to. Could anyone tell me why they need to verify your ID when you withdraw but not when you deposit? It makes no sense

rharlow, Hello! All online casinos verify id when you cash out. They do this because of regulations that require them to prevent identity theft and underage play. Sometimes they verify before deposits also, but players get very angry about that. It is the same at land casinos. Anyone can go sit down at a machine and start playing but if you look young someone might come ask for your id and when you cash out a large amount they ask for id also.

From what I understand, Planet 23 has been taken over by Rival themselves. Now what this means to players owed money, don't have a clue.
