Sloto Customer Service???

I don't know what's going on lately but I emailed Sloto at least 4 times last week with no response.

Yesterday I emailed them 4-5 times with the last email asking "are you receiving any of my emails". I've yet to receive a response.

I'm not to impressed with them right now..... smile(

I don't know, but they might have some email problems.
Who knows...

The last time I sent them an email, was on Mother's Day and got a reply
only a few minutes later.

I can say that I have Not received any emails from them since, Forever!
In fact, I don't remember the last time I got an email from them at all.


Try 'live chat', through their website... they always answer that quickly.

Well hello girlfriend!!!! Yes, usually I always get a response very quickly, that's why I am so surprised at this and a bit worried.

A few months ago they changed something and I can no long contact them through chat. When I try, a message comes up with "page not found". It is very annoying that I can't speak directly to them like I use to do.

Try the 'live chat' through the WEBSITE!

In the casino software, I know there is the 'click' me button in the cashier,
for 'live chat'.... never has worked for me, either.

I can only get through when I click on the "24/7 customer support" link on
their actual website..

My SlotoCash emails have been getting blocked again... the only way I can get to them is from live chat.

It took 3 days for me to get a response to my email. But I did get a bonus email this morning which is the first since the end of April.

I see no problems regarding their support system even if its just sent through emails. I sent them a concern regarding cash payout and they did answer me so quickly. They are more convenient compared to other sites.
