Slow Cashout at Vegas Regal

It's been awhile since I cashed out at any Rival casino's so maybe I missed some changes.

I cashed out from Vegas Regal (just a small one from the free mother's day chip) on Monday morning and here it is Thursday and I have yet to receive it. In my experience, withdrawals from VR have never taken that long. Live chat claims my account it ok and I do realize that it says 2-5 days on their site. This just seemed unusual. I hate to even deposit there on the off chance I can make a cash out. I don't want to have to wait that long to get it! LOL!

I just wondered if this was the norm now. Anyone have any experience withdrawing for Vegas Regal lately?

I would probably wait til tomorrow, I personally have not been playing at any casinos lately, but I have read that the cashouts are taking usually til the 5th business day at most of Rival casino, with the exception of Slotocash and Box24. Good luck.

not that long ago i cashout at vegas regal and it took almost 3 weeks befor i got payed wvguitargirl i hope you get your money very soon

It's kind of ridiculous if you ask me. Why does it take so long now but it didn't before? Just doesn't make sense. Oh well! Hopefully, it will be there by tomorrow!

They are extremely slow with payouts. I have cashed out a few times and the first was processed on the 8th or 9th day and the others on the 5th. I like playing there, but I am always bummed about the wait! Hope you get it by tomorrow. Make sure you have already sent your security docs, because that's another delay!!!

Still nothing. This is really ridiculous. It's just a small cashout but gesh..I will not deposit there again even if we can play by next month. There's really no sense in it taking that long..

And yes, they have my security documents. I have withdrew before and it only took 2 days, tops! So much for that now..

wvguitargirl, If they say cashouts in 2-5 business days, then it is not ridiculous for them to take the 5 days. If it takes longer than then, then it is ridiculous.
