I went to SlotoCash livechat and asked about the 5% for this month .. after a few minutes they stated "I do not see your 5% but I'll give you 30.00." This was very nice (I played & lost ) but thought it was a little odd .. I deposited often last month and thought it would be there??

deming12, Hi! Some months they have software problems automatically calculating the cashback and it takes a few days to show up. It seems to happen every 3 or 4 months. Email and ask for a manager's help if you do not think you got enough. $30 would be 5% of $600 in deposits with no cash outs, so if you deposited more than that than email.

I spoke with SlotoCash. They said that the VIP cashback was credited, so anyone missing it should contact live chat.

LOL..I don't even get their 100% anymore. Live chat told me it depends on my VIP level. I thought everyone got that + the 5% cashback. I guess I was mistaken.

I didn't get the 100% VIP either. First time since Sloto came into being. Guess I will have to see why I am demoted.

I recieved the 5% cash back, I got 5.00 but I think I received 100% bonus. did ask live chat for free sloto ticket yesterday, and recieved 10.00. but now live chat is unavailabe?????? that seems to be happening alot lately

gonecamping2, Hi! If live chat is not working from the casino, then try it from the homepage. Go to the homepgae, then click "Support" at the top left and you will see live chat.
