what is going on with rival casinos lately??

hello everyone i am making this post to see if anyone is have the problems i am haveing to start sloto cash,i have not gotten any freebies from them and deposit frequently i also cant seem to get match promos!! and then pantasia i have been playing there for years with the samy netspen and yesterday i tried to deposit and they flagged my acct and wanted a utility bill and i.d??? then i go and deposit at tropica and the same thing happened?? i have given them everything they need and waiting approval.they must be getting tight with there security or something i have also sent manager and vip e-mails to all of them i guess its just not a lucky weekend for me!!

michael1, Hi! The casinos have always required identity documents for cashouts... if you have never provided them, then you have been lucky. They may have been doing it more lately due to lots of chargebacks or due to the laws that regulate them. They have to comply with laws to prevent underage play and money laundering. Any online casino can request identity documents for these reasons.

If you feel you are not getting enough bonuses, then email a manager and if they do not take care of you, play elsewhere.

Slotocash used to be the only Rival casino I would play at and spend the majority of my spending limit there. I too do not receive even the 100% VIP monthly. Tired of having to go to chat and ask for anything. They should be happy to see my deposits and at least allow me the option to use the bonus or not. (I rarely play with a dep. bonus)

I gave up asking for any free chips, because they always say if there is a bonus for your account you will be notified. I don't get their emails even after changing email address. Heck only email I get from them is confirmation of my deposits. LOL Guess I know I am NOT VIP to even send a nice email once in a while.

Don't get me wrong, they are still a good casino with very nice customer support and pay right away like they say.

Hey all go to 21Grand. the bonuses are out of sight and the support team is awsome. The slots seem a little looser there as well. The only thing I have found that I do not like about them is that they have a maximum weekly cashout of $2000. Live support will even tell you which slots may be ready to payout on any given day and I would have to say that 9 times out of 10 they are spot on. Give em a try!

i have about 6 or 7 rivals that don`t give me anymore promo`s and i have deposited at all of them, was on a winning streek for awhile,i used to play at sloto all the time.never win anymore at them.pretty much stopped playing at all of them,mostly now play at rtg`s.

dont understand what they do , box24 stopped to give me deposit bonuses for a while , and i do not play here a long time , i open box24 and found many deposit bonuses , 2x 100% then a 300% , it s cool but i dont understand how they work now , one time you got bonus then nothing many monthes ...

i wait and see if they continue to give bonuses or no

BUT....
I don't remember the last time I got a promotional email from them.
I do have deposit bonuses in the cashier. In fact, there are several.
Some, that I won't end up using, though... like "400% match on your next deposit"
($400 minimum deposit/$1600 maximum bonus).
Love the 400%! Ummm... not the minimum $400 deposit.
SLOTO' ticket, last time I asked at 'live' chat... and, they gave it to me.
I liked how they were, in the past. Full of surprises!

yes i agree i havent seen a n/d bonus in a while,every time i ask chat they wont give me one i have sent multiple mails with no responses but they are still the best when it come to payouts so i guess you cant have your cake and eat it to..
