Support unable to remedy simple issues

Casino Share has not been able to adjust unpaid comp point accumulation correctly and does not honor their highest tier loyalty player comp program. It seems that once you cash out and reach the highest level of play you are outcast and treated very poorly.

I noticed since Grand Mondial switched to the Casino Share way of points, they did not carry over my points I had earned before. Now I had to start all over again.
