i agree i just won on a $60 ndb and they will only let u cash out half of the free money but when u try they won't let u saying min withdraw is $50 so i asked if they would let me play with the $30 i won until i had enough to cash out so far they won't

This casino should be avoided as they do not pay if you win... their free chips are worthless, so do not play at Cleopatras unless you want to be spammed and harrassed by other bad casinos when they sell your email and personal information!

I'm another victim of Cleopatra Palace Casino. I hit two Royal Flushes, 1 for $1100 and another one for $4000. On my first royal flush, I played the requirements after I made a small deposit. On 16Aug10, I sent in my documents for review which I got a response that should take 24-48 hours to verify my identity. 3 days later, no response and still could not withdraw my winnings. On 27Aug10, I received a VIP comp for $40 and hit another royal flush and tried to withdraw after I met the requirements and still could not withdraw my winnings. Every time I contacted customer rep, they told me that they will follow up on my documentations and get my account verified. I'm still waiting and its now the end of the month. Everything I won went back to the casino...thanks god I only lost $25 this time. All together, I must have lost $500 total depositing at Cleopatra Palace. I'm waiting for them to respond to this entry and say that they are not a rouge casino, because they never respond to any e-mails I sent to them concerning these incidents. I also saved all my e-mails and chat sessions to prove it. Its funny how they could call you to make a deposit, but not pay you out.

Well, I feel better now making that post. I gave them a chance to explain their side, but after being on eternal hold and after so many e-mails they get what they deserve.
